Many business leaders are severely limited by a profound and pervasive misunderstanding of technological innovation. Executives usually see “technology” through a single lens: external performance technology. The steam engine, the printing press, the computer, and now AI are outward-facing tools engineered to accelerate physical production and logical calculation.  

However, humanity has always innovated through a second, qualitatively distinct class of technology: internal sensing technology, which grows the ability to sense what’s happening inside yourself, between people, and beneath the facts.

Don’t ignore internal sensing
